Refund Policy
My store has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, partial or full refund requests resulting from application issues or user error are managed case by case. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please send an email to aluna.creates@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and I will respond within 24 hours.
Order cancelation
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact me within 24 hours. You can contact me at aluna.creates@gmail.com or use Contact me form. Please include your full name, order number and request to cancel.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Custom orders
I do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for custom products as they’re made specifically for you and no longer usable for future customers.
Digital orders
I do not accept refunds for digital orders.
Used item/s
I do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for any items that have been removed from original packaging and/or the seal sticker is broken.
Wrong address
All orders are sent to the address provided by the customer during checkout. I am not responsible for lost letters due to an incorrect address. In this case refund will not be issued and buyer needs to place a new order. Once an order has shipped I am unable to redirect it.
Import fees & duties
I do not offer refunds for any import fees, these are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot mark shipments as gifts or alter the value of the package. If your order is returned to me due to unpaid import charges I will contact you within 24 hours via email letting you know of the following options:
1. Have it re-mailed. You must pay the reshipping cost to my PayPal account.
-OR-
2. Receive a partial refund. You will be refunded the order’s total minus shipping.
Defective or damaged item
If you received an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. If you believe your tattoo/s are defective (I.E. they do not stick, fell off immiedatly after application), please contact me as soon as possible. Please include following: your name, order number, a photo of the damaged/defective item (any request will be rejected without a photo evidence).
No longer needed
If you no longer need the product you’ve received you may request a refund, but you must return the item unused and in original packaging. Please contact me within 7 days after the estimated delivery period has expired. After I receive your order back, if approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount you spent for purchasing our product will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 workdays (public holidays not included). Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Never received / lost in mail
Any delays are out of my control once your order is dispatched and are the responsibility and fault of Royal Mail and your local
post office. The delays can happen due to various reasons such as delays in customs/Royal Mail strikes/COVID-19 pandemic.
If your package has been undeliverable to the address stated on your order, your local mail provider may send the package back to me. This usually happens after multiple attempts to deliver the package. If I receive the undelivered package I will inform you by email and issue you a full refund on the tattoos purchased, unfortunately I cannot refund the postage costs. Please note it can take up to three months for an undelivered package to be sent back,
depending on the local mail company policies.
Refunds for standard orders lost in shipping will be made ONLY AFTER 60 DAYS from the original ship date.
I do not offer replacements or refunds for tracked orders marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office with tracking number in hand, to address your missing package.
If you haven’t received a refund within the 7 workdays after your refund has been approved, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded.
